Fourth Biennale of Luanda to Focus on Water Governance and Conflict Prevention

The 4th Edition of the Biennale of Luanda – Pan-African Forum for the Culture of Peace and Non-Violence will be held in Luanda, Angola, on 22–23 October 2026. Jointly organized by the African Union and the Angolan government with UNESCO's partnership, the event centers on strengthening water governance in Africa as a means to prevent and resolve conflicts. This forum promotes cultural exchanges aimed at fostering peace and non-violence across the continent.
