Microsoft updates smaller Surface Pro and Laptop with Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Plus

Microsoft has updated its 12-inch Surface Pro and 13-inch Surface Laptop with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon X2 Plus chips.
