African leaders to launch Alamein Investment Platform by 2027 to support AUDA-NEPAD

African leaders have agreed to establish the Alamein Investment Platform by February 2027 to address funding challenges faced by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD). Additionally, a continental facility for small and medium-sized enterprises is planned for launch by mid-2027 to further support economic development across member states.
