President Museveni commissions new military facilities in Uganda

President Museveni, serving as Commander-in-Chief of the Uganda People's Defence Force, initiated a programme to commission military facilities starting at the Mechanised Warfare College in Kalama, Mubende District. He then proceeded to the 15 Marine Brigade Pier in Entebbe, marking the first day of this military development initiative.
