Tuchel open to selecting players outside top flight if needed

England manager Thomas Tuchel stated he would not exclude players from national selection even if they are not playing in the top flight. This comment was made in the context of the possibility of Manchester City being relegated. The announcement highlights Tuchel's flexible approach to player selection based on merit rather than league status.
