Latvia Considers Allowing Tesla's Next-Generation Autopilot Following EU Approval

The Latvian Ministry of Economics has proposed recognizing the preliminary European approval of Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) Supervised system. This approval was granted by the Dutch Vehicle Certification Authority (RDW) in April 2026. The proposal could lead to the system being allowed for use in Latvia.
