This study introduces TBLPSO, a novel framework for dental implant risk stratification that incorporates clinically guided subgrouping and expert-informed feature selection. Unlike traditional models that treat patient populations as homogeneous, this approach stratifies patients into four distinct risk subgroups to improve prediction accuracy and interpretability. The framework also leverages cross-group knowledge transfer to better detect high-risk implant failure cases.
