Study Correlates InSAR-Derived Ground Movement with Landslide Activity in Cyprus
Audio narration · Coming soon
This study analyzes the correlation between ground movement rates derived from InSAR data and various causal factors of landslides in southwestern Cyprus. Using Multi-Temporal InSAR data, the research distinguishes displacement rates among active, dormant, and relict landslides, finding the highest velocities in active landslides, particularly in areas with fine-grained clastic rocks. The findings contribute to understanding landslide dynamics through remote sensing techniques.
