Saturn Oil & Gas Expands Core Area with Acquisition of Corex Resources

Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. has acquired Corex Resources Ltd., adding approximately 7,000 barrels per day of light oil production. This acquisition expands Saturn's Southeast Saskatchewan core area into Manitoba and is expected to increase the company's 2026 exit production rate to between 54,000 and 56,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The $302 million purchase price represents a 1.6x multiple and is projected to contribute an estimated $192 million in run-rate net operating income.
