LTA proposes merging COE car categories with varied fees and rebates

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has proposed merging Certificate of Entitlement (COE) car categories. Under the new proposal, buyers of higher-end cars could face fees up to S$30,000 more than those purchasing mass-market models, with differentiated rebates also being considered.
