Lao Liang Pork Trotter Jelly to Close After 45 Years in Singapore

Lao Liang Pork Trotter Jelly & Shark Meat, a traditional Teochew hawker stall in Singapore, will close after 45 years of operation. The elderly owners, Yu Zhongrong and Lin Cailuan, both aged 75, have decided to retire, citing exhaustion. The stall, located at Berseh Food Centre, is one of the last of its kind serving this traditional dish.
