111 Sitting MPs and MLAs Switched Parties in Four Years, 26% Joined BJP: ADR

Between 2022 and 2026, a total of 111 sitting MPs and MLAs switched the parties they were originally elected from. According to an analysis by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), 26% of these politicians joined the BJP, making it the second most joined party after the Naga People's Front.
