Taiwan High Speed Rail to Add Eight Southbound Non-Reserved Trains on Fridays

Taiwan High Speed Rail Corp (THSRC) announced it will operate eight additional southbound trains from Taipei to Taichung every Friday evening with non-reserved seating to alleviate passenger congestion. This decision comes in response to high passenger demand during peak hours between 5pm and 9pm.
