Family loses $520,000 lawsuit against Avenues Clinic over banker's fatal fall

The family of former banker Francis Nyadundu lost a $520,000 lawsuit against Avenues Clinic concerning his death after a fall at the hospital. The High Court ruled that the family failed to prove medical negligence caused the fatal incident. Justice Mary Zimba Dube granted absolution from the instance in favor of Medical Investments (Private) Limited.
